12Focus in plain facts
12Focus is a weekly system that turns your goals into a clear, visible plan for this week.
This page is the short, checked version, for people and for the assistants that answer questions about us.
Updated
- What it is
- A weekly system for goals. You choose up to three goals for a 12-week cycle, turn each week into a few concrete actions, and close the week with a short, honest review.
- Who it’s for
- Ambitious people tired of overplanning and under-executing: whose important goals keep losing the week to urgent work and the feed.
- How a week works
- Pick this week’s result for each goal, plan a few actions with a day for each, tick them off, then review: what moved, what didn’t, what changes next week.
- App limits
- Optional, on iPhone and Android. You set a daily allowance for the apps you choose; when it runs out they pause until midnight, and finishing a planned action adds minutes. Android covers selected apps, not categories or websites, and needs Usage Access and Accessibility permission. Nothing is blocked on the web.
- AI
- An AI coach writes to you: a cue on today’s screen, messages around planning and reviewing the week, and an editable draft of the weekly review. It is one-way, with no chat, and you decide what to do next.
- Accountability partner
- Optional. Share your week with a partner you chose; both of you opt in, a digest goes out only after you finish a weekly review, and nothing about a hard day is sent unless you choose to send it.
- Platforms
- iPhone (App Store), Android (Google Play), and the web at app.12focus.app for goals, weekly plans and reviews.
- Price
- Free to download; using it needs a subscription. US App Store: $2.99 a month, $5.99 for 3 months, or $17.99 a year, some with a free trial. Prices differ by country and are shown in the store before you pay.
- Languages
- English, German and Spanish.
- What it isn’t
- Not a to-do list, not a calendar, and not a medical or therapy tool. It does not promise results; it gives the goals you chose a place in the week.
- Help and privacy
- Support and the privacy policy. Account deletion: 12focus.app/delete-account.
