# 12Focus

> 12Focus is a weekly system that turns your goals into a clear, visible plan for this week. You choose up to three goals for a 12-week cycle, turn each week into a few actions, and close the week with a short review. On iPhone and Android you can also give distracting apps a daily allowance; finishing a planned action adds minutes.
