Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, open your device's subscription settings and cancel 12Focus from there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How does app blocking work?
12Focus uses iOS Screen Time to block distracting apps until you complete your daily actions. When your actions are marked done, the block is automatically lifted. No blocks are set without your explicit confirmation.
I lost access to my account
Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, or email us at contact.12.focus@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account.
My subscription isn't being recognized
Try restoring purchases: go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases." If the issue persists, contact us at contact.12.focus@gmail.com with your order receipt.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and associated app data. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page or email contact.12.focus@gmail.com.
