Delete your 12Focus account and data

Delete from account settings

Open 12Focus, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Confirming this action permanently removes your 12Focus account and associated app data.

Without the app

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact.12.focus@gmail.com from the email address used for your 12Focus account. Include the subject "12Focus account deletion request".

Request account deletion

We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Deletion requests are handled as quickly as possible and normally within 30 days.

Data removed

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your 12Focus account profile, goals, planned actions, ideal day settings, rest day preferences, weekly reviews, coach feed cards, AI coach request history, accountability partner links, push notification tokens, and related app data associated with your account.

Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment records. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Google Play or the App Store to avoid future charges.
