Request Account Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your 12Focus account and all related personal data at any time.
Once your request is processed, your account will be closed and your data will be removed from our systems,
except for records we are legally required to keep.
This action is irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and all goal history,
reminders, and subscription information will be permanently erased.
How to submit a deletion request

Send an email to
contact.12.focus@gmail.com
using the email address that is linked to your 12Focus account.
- Use the subject line: 12Focus Account Deletion Request.
- Include the information listed below so we can verify your identity and locate your account.
Information to include
- Your full name
- The email address you use to sign in to 12Focus
- The country where you usually use the app
- Whether you have an active subscription (if yes, note the platform: App Store or Google Play)
- Confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Your request will be completed within 30 days unless we need more time to verify your identity.
- After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.
